On my way to Kariba I was delayed for 20 minutes at the Lions Den toll gate because a driver in front of the queue was trying 2 use a Gvt ID as a basis 4 exemption from paying toll fees.If every government worker does not pay for the toll fees, how will the roads be maintained?
