@RoyalCaribbean currently on Adventure dealing with a broken suitcase that your porters broke. The solution offered, $25. I am not sure how you think that will get us back ro Virginia. Tried customer service and keep getting the run around. This is ridiculous

@SpiritAirlines I need help canceling my flight. We live in FL and can't take our trip because of the hurricane. I tried to do it online but it keeps penalizing me.
Don't fly Spirit, EVER. There is a hurricane coming and @SpiritAirlines is charging me over $300 to cancel/reschedule my flights. I have been messaging with them and their response, oh well.
