I always had birthday and Christmas presents, you couldn't have convinced me that we were broke. What would have happened if your mom got fired? Starved?

In the same vein, when I argue for basic human income, I think that not having that, leads to millions of deaths. So no, it's important to argue.

People think actual harm is being done. I'm pro-choice, but I understand that Pro-life people don't just disagree with me, in their minds I'm pro-child murder.
