@Chunnyeol Drying clothes on the line would be fine. People are brainwashed, but ticks will fuck you up for real and climate change has enabled their population to boom.
@cri_babe If they focus on things they can't change, it will never be their fault. When you highlight things they can change, their failings become personal. Easier to project their insecurity on others than take accountability.
@user2419001 If someone cheated when they were drunk, or text their ex, or did hard drugs, it's very likely that they struggle with that temptation sober. Alcohol is a serious drug and of you've avoided it so far, there's almost nothing to gain from trying it. Unless you're singing karaoke.
@user2419001 While black outs can happen if you deeply over indulge, a very drunk person feels like their inhibitions are gone. Like if you are afraid of being the center of attention, you might still sing karaoke. Or if you're shy, you can become more talkative.
@user2419001 It's also important to note that it effects everyone differently. Alcohol isn't a good excuse for doing things you don't want to do, or wouldn't normally do. The phrase "a drunk mind speaks a sober heart" comes to mind.
@user2419001 Alcohol and some other substances help people feel present in the moment because the past and the future feel less important. It's why some people will drink and drive, or make decisions that are out of character. And it gets worse the more you drink.
@user2419001 It's less like being out of control, unable to think for yourself and more like you just don't care about the consequences of your actions because you're only thinking about this exact moment.
