@NCHSMTSS We have 1 per athletic season. The adjusted schedule we run on those days is arranged so that each class period only gives up approximately 5 minutes. So in the time where we would have a pep rally, we would offer an in-class intervention for behavior/SEL

@NCHSMTSS This is a sample of what it looks like. It's a spreadsheet. Their use has somewhat dwindled throughout the year but the teachers found value and responded positively.

@NCHSMTSS As a "warm-up" to a Workshop Wednesday session, teachers were asked to jot down on a sticky note of an action they take to address student behavior in their classroom. The list was then analyzed for commonalities and then shared with staff for further feedback. #CCS_MTSS
