@KalleSorbo You can’t lump the entire USA together as a homogeneous population and compare it to Europe. Half of the country is more spread out. But the coastal regions are dense; arguably more dense than most of the EU.

@RadioFreeTom The irony of that period (during which I served) is the military kept grasping at every new business fad: TQL, leadership by walking around, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
Meanwhile, by the 2000’s, private sector businesses were pushing Sun Tzu, Clausewitz and military “staff-rides”
