Ossoff: "You've got the American government controlled by Donald Trump backing a Trump family tungsten mine in Kazakhstan with a billion plus dollars of federal commitments at the very same time that they are cutting healthcare, defunding hospitals, and nursing homes, and doubling health insurance premiums."
MacFarlane: The July 8th slush fund court hearing, it's enormous. The judge has frozen that slush fund, saying she wants the DOJ to put it on paper that the slush fund is not moving forward. The DOJ has refused to do so…
Let me tell you what just got reported, because you will not believe it until you see it laid out.
The Trump administration cut a billion-dollar tungsten deal with Kazakhstan. Tungsten is the metal we need for missile warheads, fighter jets, and computer chips. Trump himself got on the phone to close it. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick worked it from the inside, sending letters, leaning on the Kazakh president, lining up as much as $1.6 billion in federal financing.
Within weeks of those negotiations, investors tied to a firm partly owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump took a 20% stake in an entity connected to the very same Kazakhstan project their father was negotiating. Around that same time, Cantor Fitzgerald, the firm run by Lutnick’s own sons, raised $210 million for a partner in the deal and pocketed the fees.
The fathers set the policy. The sons cashed in.
Six days after the Trump sons and their partners moved their money, Lutnick signed the final deal.
The reporting found one or both families have financial ties to at least 14 companies working with the government on critical mining deals.
The total federal funding flowing toward those companies tops $8.9 billion.
This is your tax money.
It is supposed to secure our supply chains and protect our troops, not pad the portfolios of the President’s children and the Commerce Secretary’s children.
This is the most corrupt administration in American history. It is not close.
We must keep digging, and keep asking the questions they do not want asked. Republicans in Congress are unwilling to lift a finger. Mike Johnson is running a protection racket.
Either we will end the corruption, or the corruption will be the end of us.

BREAKING: Campaigning Jon Ossoff delivers a powerful contrast between the promise of America vs. Trump’s authoritarian rot!
On the campaign trail yesterday, Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff laid out exactly what America’s Founding Founders would see if they visited today – the good and the bad. He started with our extraordinary progress.
“They would see that slavery had been abolished,” Ossoff said.
“They would see that Americans without land, and then women, and then the descendants of slaves had secured voting rights. They would see that our science and discovery propelled human knowledge to unimaginable heights and that those 13 colonies had grown into a superpower that defeated the Nazis and communism.
“They’d see a pluralist democracy, people of all colors descended from every point on earth, stitched together out of many nations into one.”
But he added that the hazard of democracy the Founders considered and tried to mitigate have raised its head almost 250 years later:
“But they’d also see a nation that at the height of its wealth and power fell into the very traps they most feared, devouring itself in bitter conflict between warring factions captured by special interests,” he said.
“And they’d see a faithless president exploiting this rot to pursue the absolute power they overthrew. A president who’s embarked on this unmistakable project not to lead us, but to rule us.”
Ossoff called out Trump’s attempt to manipulate Georgia as a key mise-en-scène in his bid to steal the 2020 election, his continuing obsession with election denial, and warned against sending another January 6 defender like Mike Collins to the Senate in his place.
Ossoff’s clear, powerful and patriotic messaging draws a sharp line between the ideals under which America was founded and the dangerous authoritarian turn Trumpism has wrought on the nation.
Jon Ossoff is among the Democrats’ brightest rising stars, fighting to protect the promise of this country from those who want to rule it instead of lead it.
Mike Collins has been called a racist, anti-semitic conspiracy theorist under an Ethics investigation for misuse of official funds. He is also a climate-denying, anti-abortion Trump bootlicker.
We can’t lose this gem in our stable of legislators. Ossoff for Senate in Georgia.
Republicans say they want to root out waste, fraud, and abuse.
All while Trump handed a no-bid contract to his fellow convicted felon and Mar-a-Lago buddy John Cafaro.
The waste, fraud, and abuse is coming from inside the administration.
Justice Sotomayor read her dissent from the bench.
It reads in part: "Today, this Court undoes centuries of political practice and concludes that all three branches of Government have been acting in open defiance of the Constitution all this time. Its conclusion is wrong."
…
"In holding otherwise, the Court gives the President a power unknown even to the English Crown against which the Founders revolted, elevating him above his once-coequal branches by transforming a duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed into a license to act in defiance of those very laws."
Trump the Groper-in-Chief: Beauty Queen Exposes His Violent Assault and Epstein-Style Threat
Disgusting. Absolutely vile. Trump allegedly lured 23-year-old Beatrice Keul to a Plaza Hotel suite in 1993, jumped on her like a predator, groped and mauled her body while she screamed for help, then threatened her with "bad things can happen" if she talked.
This isn't a one-off — it's the same serial sexual predator pattern from a man now tied to Jeffrey Epstein, who openly called her his "prey" right after Trump's alleged attack.
Keul is one of 28+ women with similar horror stories. A jury already nailed him for sexual abuse. He denies it all, claims he "never met" them, and his team calls him "exonerated."
Enough. This is a man who weaponized power to assault women and silence them. The dam is bursting, more victims are speaking, and America should be furious.
Trump doesn't belong anywhere near leadership — he belongs in the dustbin of history with every other pedophile, rapist, and sexual predator.
🚨MAJOR BREAKING: The Trump Administration REFUSES to release the body cam footage of the shooting of Alex Pretti.
Most transparent administration in history my ASS. Absolutely shameful.
Ten years ago I voted to create "America 250."
But here's the truth: Trump started "Freedom 250" to replace it, and made it about himself.
Trump’s newest stunt? Trying to convince us there’s a big crowd for Freedom 250. But our eyes don't lie.
His divisiveness isn't building America; it’s tearing it down.
What this really means is what Bill Maher said.
Because of Trump, most Republicans now only accept elections they win as legitimate.
As Maher said, “That shit has to stop.”
The Trump Administration is floating scenarios that could put armed ICE agents at polling places.
Federal law prohibits armed federal personnel from being deployed where elections are being held. We cannot allow security concerns to become a pretext for election interference.
#BREAKING: Sen Tammy Duckworth: “If you have a different name on your birth certificate than is on your drivers license, you CANNOT vote, and so for the 69 MILLION American WOMEN who took their husband’s names, you cannot vote. That birth certificate is not valid. By the way, military IDs will not be valid for you to be able to vote, neither will your REAL ID…So you have to go in with a passport that matches your current ID, and you know how hard it is to get a passport? Number one, it’s expensive and number two, theres such a backlog in the State Department, some people are waiting 3-6 months to get a passport. And so, think about the 69 million American women who married and took their husband’s name, you can no longer vote under the #SAVEAct…and in order to have housing for young people who…don’t see home ownership as being something that they can achieve, he’s going to hold women who are married and took their husband’s name hostage.” 🤦♀️
.@RepJeffries on Supreme Court decision on mail-in ballots: "Voting by mail has never been a partisan issue until Donald Trump decided to pedal conspiracy theories relative to his own failures to win back in 2020."
“I run the protection program. I’ll take care of you.” That’s Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, telling donors he’ll shield Trump’s family, Cabinet, and friends from investigation.
You don’t build a protection program for people who did nothing wrong.
Mike Johnson: "We can't allow big blue states and crooked Democrat governors to try to steal elections away from us."
*Historians will likely remember Johnson as one of the worst House Speakers in U.S. history. (2026) https://t.co/rK3kNyYhOW
🚨BREAKING: In the Chicago suburbs, an ICE agent assaults a teenager for filming his vehicle, and pointing out that it illegally has no license plate.
In the video, a U.S. citizen is peacefully filming an ICE vehicle, that is sitting in a parking lot. He walks to the back of the SUV to document that it has no license plate.
That’s when the ICE agent jumps out, screaming, “Get away from my vehicle!” while aggressively charging toward the teenager.
The teenager immediately backs away, but the ICE agent keeps walking at him, tries to trip the teenager , and continues yelling… even though neither of them are anywhere near the vehicle anymore.
Filming government officials performing their duties, in public, is protected by the First Amendment. That protection doesn’t disappear just because the official doesn’t like being recorded.
An officer also can’t lawfully use physical force simply because someone is filming them. Using force, to stop someone from recording, is a violation of that person’s constitutional rights.
And let’s not ignore the reason the ICE agent got out of his car in the first place...
Illinois law requires vehicles, driven on public roads, to display valid registration plates. This ICE vehicle is not following that law.
So, if your first instinct, when someone records your conduct, is to assault them… you’re proving exactly why the public is recording in the first place.
