Today we honor and remember those who lost their lives and served to help others during the tragic attacks that took place 23 years ago.
The country will continue to keep the promise to Never Forget.

Cobb County is one of the hardest working counties I know, and that's why I'm honored to be celebrating another Labor Day with you all. All county offices are closed in observance today, but you can still access many resources over on https://t.co/v97iwFlmEo!
The CHaRM Center initiative for D2Cobb is going strong!
There aren't many options for recycling tough materials, with landfills being the only option for many families. A dedicated center would help ease waste management around the county.
The D2 Office was invited by the @atlaptasn to help volunteer at the @ACFB this past Tuesday. We sent our social media coordinator down to help volunteer!
In total, we moved over 6.5Klbs of food for Cobb families in need!

Do you want things to get done in your community? Then book a tour spot on our Priorities Tour. It allows for a collaborative way to make sure that policies form and get made in the coming months.
Thank you to County Commissioner Jerica Richardson for organizing multiple food drives for The Family Cupboard Choice Pantry, resulting in the incredible collection of over 500 pounds of food. Your dedication and support make a meaningful difference in our community. Thank you!
January is National Hobby Month. Many politicians started pursuing politics as a passing interest which led to them developing their skills to get where they are today!
No matter the hobby, take the time to do things you love. It may become something much more

#CobbCounty residents live 4.2% below the national average poverty line of 12.5%.
A portion of this is due to our office expanding workforce development programs, victim protection services, and a county-sponsored eviction court to help provide options to avoid evictions.
The office will be focusing on #EconomicDevelopment this January, which includes strong plans to improve community partnerships, expand industry, support local businesses. We'll make sure our county is ready for any economic turn that comes our way.
