one challenge is that libraries in the eu are considered educational institutions (because that is what they are...) whereas not sure this is a given in the UK.
Beyond the robots that deliver books, multilingualism as standard, and reading spaces that look like the foyer of a 5* hotel, the libraries of Helsinki are outstanding when it comes to public participation.
They put the budget in the hands of the users! An actual dream.
