Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how @Airtel_Ug charges voice bundles i mean whenever you make a call, even if it lasts seconds they'll charge a whole minute or more, isn't that cheating?, someone correct me if I'm wrong.@SpireJim .

@Airtel_Ug And sometimes they keep deducting the minutes even after the call has ended. If you guys are not going to be honest in doing business with us then why make these offers and then turn around and cheat us.

@Airtel_Ug I bought a chillax voice bundle of UGX50000 that calls all networks where and I received 2500 minutes but Airtel has been cheating my minutes whenever I make calls, some calls last seconds but they deduct minutes.....

I've been a loyal customer to Airtel since I joined the network several years ago but Why does Airtel insist on cheating it's customers every now and then and when we complain, no justice is accorded to us, Airtel always blames us for our loses.
