Funny howany people are enraged at other's "insubordination". E.g. replies to twitter staff criticising the situation or leadership.
They have completely integrated that a business owner ought to rule (not lead) and employees must cower and feign respect.
There is plenty of data showing this is wrong, from nurses not questioning docs making mistakes in an operating theater, aircraft staff not questioning a pilot etc, it's common knowledge that this attitude to hierarchy leads to disaster.

@loldando@fochti Honestly I think I'm NT and I do this... And a lot of things that people claim on the spectrum... it's because it's a very broad spectrum, if you cherry pick 3 or 4 things but are still functional, then you don't have the disorder.
You can disable Office automatically creating hyperlinks in your document.
In Office 2010 and later:
Click File > Options > Proofing.
Click AutoCorrect Options, and then click the AutoFormat As You Type tab.
Clear the Internet and network paths with hyperlinks check box.
