This week at my internship I was able to use the Sway app. The app measures baselines in reaction, balance, visual processing speed, and memory. When an athlete thinks they have a concussion or symptoms. They can take the interactive test to compare against baselines @YHSMrsMero
At Pace this past week multiple athletes came in with PCL and knee issues. They worked with resistance bands and foam rollers to alleviate some pain and strengthen the ligament. @YHSMrsMero#WISE2023#athletictraining

At Pace this past week, I was able to witness 2 different techniques that promote blood flow to specific area to reduce the tension and remove knots within muscles. The two different techniques are cupping therapy and scraping technique. @YHSMrsMero#WISE2023#athletictraining
