Folks don’t understand… we literally watched her doing skit videos, to doing Buzzfeed videos. Now she’s an Emmy award winner. A HISTORIC ONE at that.
Words can’t explain how proud of her I am.
it’s so wild cause i feel like a main theme in barbie was men doing the bare minimum and getting celebrated for it and it literally created a real world example-
I still love this movie but I do weep for what could’ve been if it was just Barbie and Ken as best friends/healthy relationship. I feel like they could’ve had a dynamic like Barbie and Ken in Toy Story or like Barbie and Ken in Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse.
@GilletteStadium pls tell me that small telfar bags adhere to your “wristlet” qualifications. I need to plan my outfit for the Beyoncé concert and your clear bag requirements are messing with my fit
How many times do we have to do this before we realize IT DOESNT FUCKING WORK?!
The cruelty is the point. Dehumanization is the point. This is an exercise in optics so city hall can look like they’re doing something when what they’re actually doing is killing people.
If I could pass one law today to reduce gun violence- I would federalize Massachusetts state gun laws that have resulted in this state having the lowest gun death rate in the country. If every state had the same gun death rate, we could cut gun deaths 70%
ITS NOT A BAN ON TIKTOK! ITS CALLED THE RESTRICT ACT BECAUSE ITS GOING TO DO JUST THAT! THEY CAN ACCESS ANYTHING WITHIN YOUR HOME THAT IS CONNECTED TO INTERNET WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. THEY CAN FINE AND CHARGE YOU FOR USING VPNS. THEY ARE TARGETING YOU!! NOT BIG TECH!
Gotta hate hearing people in the south end say a dispensary is going to drive down property value as if a dispensary opening isn’t a continued effect of gentrification
Absolutely shook that in the past 5 hours I was not only invited to speak to stakeholders for a proposed dispensary, but was also googled and then emailed by the literal provost of BUMC. Love that if nothing else I’m known as an advocate for weed and public health
Just attended my 1st neighborhood meeting. Can’t believe they went from complaining about the increase of homelessness to talking about how much they want to spend on little fences around the perimeters of trees on the side walk. The south end is an interesting place
I wrote about South LA tenants pushing Boston University to accept a community land trust’s offer to purchase their homes. BU got the property for free ($0) from a wealthy alum, and wants to sell to developers who would evict over 100 people
