@JMstudents to ensure you are getting critical info about AP, please log in to your My AP College Board Account. 2 days before each exam, you will get an email from College Board with your e-ticket, including an 8 character AP ID Code. This can also be accessed through My AP.

Consequently, the taping scheduled for this Thurs, and Fri at JMHS must be rescheduled. We will be sure to give you plenty of time to plan for this rescheduling. We will continue to monitor the severity of COVID-19 and social distancing regulations as we make further plans.

Due to WV Governor Jim Justice’s order, the administration of JMHS will move forward in planning a summer graduation ceremony. Each county is to make adjustments to their current graduation plans and submit to the WVDE by week’s end for approval and publication.

Cap, Gowns, and cords for graduation will be distributed Thur. and Fri. Between 10-12 and 1-2. A drive through will be set up in front of the school. Please remain in your cars and bring payment for specialty club cords.

SOPHOMORES:  If you applied to a CTE program and have not heard yet, the CTE instructors will be contacting you starting Tuesday, April 14. Please be patient as we are personally contacting each student for each program.  You should be scheduled by April 30, 2020.

JMHS is purchasing a yard sign for every senior. This sign will include the student’s name, “Senior 2020,” and the Monarch logo. We will be placing these in the front lawn of JM, and families will be welcome to take their student’s sign home.
