@British_Airways Hi Jo, thank you! I have messaged, I’ve taken 4 BA flights since mid July and this has happened every single time, so you can understand it is a little upsetting.
Once it was also by mistake and the flight ended up being empty!
Aware it can happen but it shouldn’t be the rule.
