@jk_rowling I thought it was unrealistic in book 7, when the new regime spreads obvious nonsense about Muggle borns, and so many wizards go along with it. But it’s spot on. Create an atmosphere of fear and with bit of propaganda, you can get Professors publicly denying basic biology.
