Unless you have a legal background, please don't write DIY wills yourselves. I see this so many times when discussing the importance of wills, but people do like to Dave a buck now, without thought for implications on your beneficiaries.

"Hope at last for thousands tangled in unfair equity release trap" (although crucially, this rather targeted 'advert' does not mention that other advice firms can remortgage lifetime mortgages too). Speak to us today about cheaper rates!

It's great that more and more equity release specialist companies are taking to YouTube to deliver information. Well done! JNS Financial will be following in these footsteps shortly!
It is always lovely to recieve thank you cards from clients. JNS Financial is very lucky to have such wonderfully warm hearted people trusting us to help them.
Our director James Sudworth ahs been nominated for Best Individual Adviser at this year's Equity Release Awards. If you have time, please do vote for him before Friday 2nd October.

Fantastic news that the FCA is trying to further improve the Equity Release industry. Fortunately, most times already implement robust advice structures to ensure clients are well advised. Let's hope that some of the advisers who the FCA report is aimed at, improve!
Lots of mortgage brokers already consider later life lending when advising, albeit without extensive experience, which can result in poor consumer outcomes. Alternatively, refering clients to specialists, like JNS Financial, may be a better option. https://t.co/3L8SA3ayHe
Do you already have a Lifetime Mortgage? Are you wondering whether the CORVID-19 lockdown 'mortgage holidays' could apply? Well they already do, for life!
As much as I love the English, please don't travel to Wales for tourism purposes! Come and see us after lockdown is over, but please don't risk our way of life. However, we can always arrange any of our services for you by telephone instead. Then, we can meet you properly after!
Restrictions are still in place. Our visitor centres, car parks, play areas and mountain bike trails across Wales remain closed. Please follow the latest guidance for Wales - Stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.
Even though our shop has been destroyed during the floods, and forced to close due to the coronavirus pandemic, our staff are still positive and carrying out telephone appointments. This ensures that our wonderfull @NHS can carry on saving lives! #ThankYouNHS
An interesting and scary article about the expected house price crash this year: https://t.co/qkEIW3TGoE - Let's hope that the market does not slump by 13% as this will have a knock on effect on those relying on their property to provide funds into retirement.
Another way in which the equity release industry has changed to factor in consumer outcomes during this tough time. Consumers can proceed with equity release cases with most lenders now, and can be advised by solicitors by telephone and post.
We've modified our rules in response to the pandemic. Claire Singleton, from @landg said it was an example of an industry working together to support end customers and the adviser community. Guidance here https://t.co/vF7qFnzD9p or more from Claire below. https://t.co/lGpwr4hiKg
Great news for Equity Release clients who are being effected by the lockdown (therefore valuers being unable to attend properties) - @more2lifeltd are the first provider to confirm that they will carry out semi-automated desktop valuations on some of their product ranges!
JNS Financial is ahead of the curve, we ceased all face to face appointments well over a week ago! No need for anyone else to provide this obvious guidance! We offer all sorts of remote advice, and are working hard to help consumers through this pandemic! https://t.co/1VKJlqTk4W
Be careful when investigating equity release, even journalists are known to get things wrong. Whilst most of this is a great introduction, it's inferences are way off. 'Drawdown facilities' have nothing to do with 'partial/optional repayments'. Always get independent advice!
