Friends! I missed Throwback Thursday yesterday, but I was reminded by a kind friend of this great Cat Pumpkin we carved a couple of years ago, and I really wanted to share it again for those of you who are carving pumpkins today 🎃 Enjoy!
A real cancer breakthrough this week: petosemtamab plus pembrolizumab HALVED the risk of death in a phase 3 head and neck cancer trial.
Humans, not mice.
No ivermectin in sight

🚨BREAKING: Federal Court ORDERS DOJ and DHS to identify, by noon tomorrow, every state they’ve sent demands to remove alleged non-citizens from the rolls, withhold mail ballots, or segregate ballots.
A victory for DSCC, DCCC, DGA and the Nevada Democratic Party!
Bonnie is doing much better than her brother Clyde and today she was well enough to go out and about. We took them in last week from 2 kind ladies who saved them from a horrible situation of neglect. It’s hard to believe that these gentle golden retrievers were ever treated like this. They don’t have a bad bone in their bodies.
Sadly her brother passed before we knew about them and Clyde is still very ill and needs a big operation next week. Bonnie is poorly herself but she is keeping up the spirits and we hope to help her back to full health. She has also clearly been used for breeding.
Today was the first day where I really saw her coming alive as a golden retriever. She was craving attention, loving her food, and her tail just could not stop wagging. To the many hundreds of people who've messaged me saying she reminds them of Tina, I have to say I fully agree.
Still an incredibly sad situation that the brother is gone and another one is so critically ill, but today we have hope and that's all we could ask for. Older followers will probably recognize the bandana that has helped Tina, Shack, Mr. Big, Hank, and many other dogs in their recovery. Hard to believe but it is still the very same one and I also wore it on my book tour all around the world. Bonnie and Clyde have the whole world rooting for them ❤️🤞
NEW: Cobb County, Georgia will send absentee ballots via priority express mail to voters who never received them despite applying weeks ago.
The announcement comes after a lawsuit aimed at forcing the county to act. https://t.co/xqsUUXgxdT
Cassidy Hutchinson threw away her career to tell the truth. I’m familiar with what that takes. She had everything to lose and nothing to gain. I believed her then, I believe her now, and so do the Americans who just embarrassed the DOJ.
On the day a sitting president landed in Lubbock, Texas, for the first time in 34 years, people waited for hours in lines stretching for blocks in this reliably red city. But the crowd wasn't waiting for President Trump. They were waiting for Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico. https://t.co/4iUjzwTl8L
Zuckerberg already admitted it wrongly suspended the No Kings Instagram account during the peak of a massive voter-mobilization effort.
Now, seven days before the midterms, Zuckerberg has suspended the account Angie Nixon’s Senate campaign uses to organize Latino voters.
At what point do repeated “mistakes” that suppress organizing by Democrats become an election-integrity crisis?
It’s amazing how fresh Birdie is. Look at that big wet nose and how clear her eyes are.
She’s hiding from a storm today in the office.
She says she is going to live forever ❤️
Thanks to President Biden’s Infrastructure Bill (that Republicans voted against but tried to take credit for) remote locations on the Navajo Nation Reservation finally have access to electricity and broadband for the first time, ever.
Obama: “While we're alienating key allies like Canada, the White House is bending the knee to Vladimir Putin and selling out Ukrainians who are fighting for their freedom and democracy”
I’m calling for the Senate to subpoena Elon Musk and investigate his power to shut off a critical service Ukraine relies on to defend itself.
No billionaire should have that much power over Ukraine’s future.
