99% of people don’t understand this.
crypto is about network effects.
it gets better the more people that use it.
just like a house party.
when you’re the only one, it’s kinda meh.
and when one more person shows up, it’s still kinda meh.
but gradually more and more people come along.
and at some point it just suddenly clicks and the party is in full swing.
which is when everyone wants to come to the party too.
and we all know what happens then…
@Speedy_OnTop@TheCryptoSquire “XRP can’t reach that price because the market cap would be too high” is a weak argument. Market cap is just price × supply. It doesn’t mean that much money was invested, and it isn’t a ceiling on the value of a global settlement asset.
@XrpUdate@DefendDark Man... most these comments are negative AF.
Zoom out y'all!
Investments are not for instant gratification. Go to Vegas if that's what you're looking for.
Welcome to the bear market. On the plus side, the bulls are around the corner.
@CarandXRP RLUSD is a car, XRPL is the toll road. XRP is the tokenized ownership of the toll road. The more cars driving on the road the higher the value of the toll road.
@CarandXRP Crypto market cap isn’t the same as a company’s market cap. Stocks represent ownership in a business; crypto represents technology, networks and protocols. Market cap is price × supply—not money invested—so valuations can reach trillions without equal cash inflows.
@ATASW0RLD@ExtraVOD_ I think someone needs to explain to you how the market cap of a commodity's protocol is not similar to the market cap of a company's security, which you are most likely familiar with and referring to. Welcome to the New World Order...
@RippleXity Maybe (this is my tin foil hat speaking) the SEC lawsuit was an intentional means to establish legal clarification that XRP is a commodity. That lawsuit exposed a lot of the utility that XRP has and how Ripple has now positioned itself globally.
@Matt_Pinner $0 under tip $0 under additional tip. $40 cash directly in my server's hand so the restaurant can't put it in a tip pool or pay their taxes with it.
@LeadingReport Maybe, just maybe... the Republicans and Democrats both want the government to shut down. When, not if, the government shuts down, there will be thousands of unessential government employees furloughed. Which may not be hired back. Ergo, limited government and Trump gets blamed.
