"he said he initially thought SB19 was a K-pop group. But after seeing the Philippine flags and hearing the members introduce themselves, he realized they were actually a boy group from the Philippines. He also said he's already obsessed with them, and he mentioned that Josh is his bias."

Some things to think about before speaking, negatively, about crowd size:
1. Lollapalooza is held every summer. Not spring, fall, or winter. Summer.
2. All Lollapalooza stages are outdoors. So rain or shine (except, of course, if the weather is extreme), the show must go on.
3. SB19 were given the 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm timeslot. Do you understand how unbearably hot that can be during the summer in the U.S.? Lolla attendees were reporting how their phones were overheating and how one passed out due to the heat.
5. Except between Pearly Drops and Bad Nerves, there was a 1-hr-gap on the Allianz stage between artists. Compared to other festivals that have a 30, 45-minute-gap between sets on the same stage, Lollapalooza's is usually 45 minutes to 1 hour, with 30-minute-gaps happening only for a few artists in the line-up that don't have a complicated set-up.
6. The 45-minute-to-1-hr-gap then gives Lolla attendees a chance to head to different stages and watch other artists.
So that crowd you see at the attached photos? That is all SB19's.
In that heat? Those were not fans who were reserving their spot at the barricade for the next artist. 🧏🏻♀️
Those were all fans and casuals, alike, including ones who mentioned having heard how SB19 was a must-see and who ended up saying the five were their Lollapalooza highlight of the day. ✨️

- “Among the most highly coveted goods appeared to be merchandise from SB19, the first Filipino boy band to perform at the festival. Fans came ready to mark the occasion.”

I hope the boys know how proud they can of their A'tin after #Lollapalooza.
Despite spending hours in direct sunlight, A'tin all around were sharing fans and food, passing water back and taking care of each other. We had medic calls on 4 of our co-Atin, and we made sure they got the help they needed.
@SB19Official have built a family that supports each other and I know they are proud of us for it.

Pero ang hirap ng performance ng SB19 sa Allianz stage. Yung init, yung sikat ng araw sa mata nila... pero they're monsters!!! We are so proud Mahalima!!!

T-Mobile Main Stage was the view from where SB19 stood and performed.
Who knows?
Maybe next time, that'll be the view looking back at the Allianz Stage. 🥰🙏
We will see you there someday boys. ❤

Yung aerial shot na 'to, 3rd set palang 'to. And ang daming nagsabi na mas dumami pa yung crowd sa mga later set. Hopefully may aerial shot sa bandang last set kasi for sure, di lang ganto makikita natin.
