@agoda@agoda I’ve already “allowed time” and nothing has changed. This is not a delay issue—it’s a booking error on your end. Why should I be penalized for that? I need a real resolution now, not another generic response.
@bbb_us@Chase@Agoda I booked connecting rooms via Agoda for an upcoming group trip, only to find out the hotel says they’re standard rooms. Agoda admits a possible system glitch but says it’s non-refundable. Now I’m stuck. Can someone step in and help resolve this?
