Let’s celebrate some Music Exploration success so far this year! Here you can see 2 students’ Notation projects. For this this project, students got to make their own system of music notation (just like Guido d’Arezzo!). They were to create a key showing pitch and rhythm, and....

then make up (and present to the class!) a 30 second song.

I loved the creativity that came out during this project. We had some seriously unique (and sometimes hilarious!) songs.
