Why is @DoorDash such trash? About 80-90% of the orders in the last few months have been incorrect. I have a bag of incorrectly made food that no one can eat and they refunded only half the price. Garbage service @DoorDash_Help
Tried the 75mm from @lootstudios_ as well and I just can’t justify paying money for ruined stls. The models are great but then the supports ruin it. There is no reason for that much supports. Canceled my fantasy and sci-fi subs #3Dprinting
Can’t believe I’m gonna say this but I prefer Epic grow and take market share from Steam. I used to view Steam as the best company for games, but after I had a issue that I went to @Steam support over, I was insulted and called a liar even with proof of their error. Finally they admitted they were at fault but wouldn’t fix it.
Sony is the worse of the “big three.” They all are bad companies but IMO Microsoft has the best track record compared to the anti customer Sony and Nintendo. Sony has refused to work with anyone so many times I could care less at this point. No cross progression alone shows Sonys true colors.
@lootstudios_ what’s up with your supports? Never seen minis with more resin put in supports then the mini. Snapped 3 out of 6 32mm being careful… threw them all out in frustration. Trying the 75mms but might be canceling. No excuse. #3dprinted
Making an inventory of my @Steam library games that I care about and looking where else I can buy them so I won’t be so dependent on this horrible heartless company. Rather not give them any more of my money. I’d rather give it to @EpicGames@Xbox or @Apple first.
The saga with @Steam Support continues. Every message I send does not get read and I get a cookie cutter “our policy” type response that doesn’t match what I’m saying to them. Is there an actual human with some sympathy working there? #support#customerexperience#videogames
It doesn’t matter if the customer is right or wrong, you still treat them with respect and try to work towards a solution. @Steam support clearly doesn’t understand that with the people the have responding to emails.
After years of using @Steam including a #Steamdeck with a huge purchased library and countless in app purchases, I hit an issue and reached out to Steam support. I was insulted and called a liar by the responding person who resided to help me. Looking into alternatives to Steam.
Received another reply from @Steam support which again made no attempt to help me but instead just spouted out policies. I’m just glad there are other ways to play games since steam clearly doesn’t care at all about their customers
@DoorDash_Help Sorry I’ve a @Grubhub account now. People need to be able to trust people connected to food. Our @DoorDash experience was anything but trust worthy.
Okay ordered @DoorDash and they missed two items. Refunded for the items but we had to pay tip and fee again. Then on the reorder they brought someone else’s food.
Oh and because we already reported an issue with the first order @DoorDash won’t let us report an issue with the second order. So basically if you ever get a wrong order from them you need to never order from them again since they’ll only refund once
@AmazonHelp Have been used and would have made it in time if he didn’t drive away. So while that order is not late had they continued as planned it would have made the other order being late not as much of an issue.
@amazon is going downhill. I used to trust they’d make things right. They messed up two of my orders this weekend and when I contacted customer service they said thank you for the feedback and made no effort to fix either. #badcustomerservice#AmazonPrime#CustomerService
@AmazonHelp Supposed to be today and both are out for delievery. But I needed one of them first thing this morning, which is why I ordered when it said it would come yesterday. The item that was coming today and was near the house before the driver drive away could
@AmazonHelp Unfortunately this happens often enough that moving forward I think I will need to purchase locally anything that I can be okay with taking a while. Which kinda makes Prime pointless
