The measure of "best striker" must therefore be based on long term performance. You might need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Proof AI can be wrong.

You have until 31st March to challenge 2023 valuation and potentially get it back dated.
From 1st April you can only challenge the new 2026 revaluation. Always worth checking.
