@UPS 4 weeks so far for an urgent envelope to be sent from Dublin to Moldova. Never arrived at destination. Got stuck in France..and then sent back to Dublin.. Now lost in ur sorting office. I paid for a 3 day day service! HELP!

@SkyIreland whats your justification for charging a premium rate for customers to call for support, especially when you take hours to answer? You don't provide email or online chat support - so you don't give an option. Day 2 of hanging on here waiting for someone to answer...
