@JagexSupport @JagexHelpElf why is it that my over 1000 hour cant get unbanned for not using macro but all these 300 hour accs that have lvl 1 in every other skill and 99 in other getting unban, can you please give a second review to my ban as theres been alot with samesituation

@JagexSupport my main was banned for macroing and ive noticed alot of other players have been as well can i please have help in this i have 2 accounts over 2 years old one 10 and have been member since day one.

@JagexSupport my account membership gets renewed at 7 days, so when i have 7 days left it auto renews to 30, i have been paying membership for months, and added up 112 days of member ship ive lost over the past few months of my accounts history being membership, can this be fixed
