The customer service of the official EU store is EMBARRASSING @HSHQ. A week has passed and my pre-order hasn't been shipped. I write and all they say is they're "working on shipping it soon" but NO SOLUTION, JUST EXCUSES.

Pretty mediocre service from the official store if you ask. If you can't meet deadlines don't make us buy on your page. And "high demand" isn't an excuse, several friends have already received their orders. I'm very disappointed 😤 @HSHQ @Harry_Styles
