I have recently been seeing this meme saying โInstead of forgiving student loan debt, why not forgive medical debt? Education is a choice but cancer isnโt!โ
This isnโt the own to the libs you think it is. You know weโre all in favor of that too, right?
@ThatGirlRenita Yes Iโm fine! Shirley got VERY political about halfway through her set (I whooped and cheered, because of who I am as a person ๐) so Iโm concerned one of the upstate rednecks had a fit over it.
Sometimes I feel the need to come on here and be like, #notallHR. Fun fact: if you have hourly employees and they work more than 40 hours in a pay week, you have to pay them overtime (1.5x hourly salary) for every hour over 40 worked. Every time, full stop, no exceptions.
In short: Pay your employees. Stop short-staffing your workforce. Donโt assume your American Dream is shared by your employees and demand loyalty. JUST. PAY. THEM. If you canโt afford to do this, you should think about if you can afford employees at all.

โThe BGN rules on hundreds of naming decisions annually and stores over two million geographical records in its databases at https://t.co/6v92Arj5yA.โ I mean โฆ ๐๐๐
I am researching random towns to pass the time while @christeepe drives us from #Seattle to #WallaWalla and I stumbled upon the โUS Board of Geographic Namesโ and my dorky bureaucratic heart wants to know EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. #govnerd
@NosyBitches@HitchDied Though in fairness the last time I had a 9am Monday interview I got the job ... and it was partly I think because I wasnโt really expecting much. Turned out to be the job that kicked off my career. Still good friends with one of my interviewers from that panel!
