H&M’s staff were suspicious of KC’s staff’s motives for their visit? Why? KC still loves his second son (despite how shabbily he has been treated by him and her)? More fool KC.

@davejthorp The public wants Lewis and Amber, the “professional” trained dancers/show people out. It’s not fair to pit amateur dancers against professional dancers - not fair on either group. This programme is about the journey and the trained dancers have not experienced such a journey.

@Jemima114 @ApsoMollie1 I felt the same as your mum. I enjoyed the DL version and was looking forward to the new version, but it is disappointing - characters are not true to the book, random new characters have been introduced (why?) it is painfully slow, and is not true to the book.

I’m so disappointed with this new adaptation that I’ve binge-rewatched the DL version and have just bought the b&w version to watch. The story didn’t need to be rewritten - it was so much better before. Terrible.
