@marksandspencer In Bluewater no gift cards can be used - which many got over Easter. Forced to buy some work trousers I needed where I’d want to buy with giftcards. Went back today - 3 days later - and still can’t! Come on!! Where shall I send the bill for my time / petrol?

@marksandspencer Then pass on to Bluewater as that 100% is not the case. Walked in at least 4 times and not told. Woman on till shrugged. A lot of people will have gift cards to use - me as well. This was one day off and now will be hassle to return and then re-buy.

Is there an issue today with payment systems in just BW or Nationwide. Needed work trousers and had gift cards to spend. Told couldn’t spent £58 on a card. Went back 2 hours later and told it was still down - was going to refund and use cards?!

For the 6th time DSTC and @dartfordbc are joining forces for one of the biggest litterpicks in the UK. Last year 95% of Dartford schools took part with 1500 students making a difference to their community and environment.
