@Fat_Electrician Basically it takes alot of energy to heat or cool anything for them but hold a temperature better.

American homes tend to have much less thermal inertia and more insulation so our homes are more responsive to active heating and cooling but dont hold a temp well without power.

Thier homes are actually pretty conductive but capture and store alot of heat from the sun during the day and emit it all night.

They confused the delay from thermal inertia with insulation.

Think like a cast iron pan.
