@southofquiet @Xeon4f145d96s1 So Psych and GP applications now are 100% MSRA, CV not taken into account. So for a UK grad like me it's become pretty hard to outperform 9500 other people in the MSRA to get into psychiatry training

@pete_stubbs1 @DrLukeCraddock unfortunately I know a lot of us in this situation - I didn't get a training number and I'm struggling to find a LED or speciality doctor role for August. I am sure there will be HCA work, jobs in coffee shops etc available though, I hope it's not total unemployment

@neilorpen @mantealike2 @DrLukeCraddock I’m not sure when it’s 100% MSRA for some training jobs now that you are getting the best applicants. I’m applying for psychiatry which is 100% MSRA, no interview, and so none of my clinical or research experience in the field will be considered unfortunately
