There is a nexus between MSEDCL and ACHS committee. Similar problem surfaced with other society where the NOC issue is prevailing to distract the promotion of e Vechile. It is a duty to identify of State authorities to resolve the complex issue .

Who gives them statutory protection when Railway refund the recovery amount after 13 years of the retirement on order of the Tribunal. The bureaucracy is fully protected where Railway organisation is a statutory body.

OA 570 of 2017 , adjudication of 2017 was landmark judgement on 13.10.2023 where refund of amount was pronounced. The refund of the amount is executed on 07.06.2024 . Refund the amount from revenue, must be supported by an audit trail.

The compliance of the vehicle electrical ( 4-wheeler) charging permission from housing society is an issue when the 7 days limit is fixed to the societies by the HC judgement..
