@EAHelp I’m locked out of my Madden 26 account! I was permanently banned last night, even though I’ve done nothing to warrant it. I bought the $99.99 Early Access, and now I can’t claim time-limited rewards nor play. Case #219260953

@FixTech_support @EAHelp None so far, I called PSN and they are sending to the game department to perform a deeper review [1 - 3 business days].

I understand things can happen, but when a game is purchased for Early Exclusive content, that won't be there in a few days, it's beyond frustrating.
