@marciahmorey CA Democrats can’t turn in a constitutionally mandated financial audit of spending on time for years and can’t repay a loan from the Federal govt but they will lie to voters and tell them that THEIR redistricting plan will save democracy.
@ShineTheLoveFam@AOC That was the plan all along. Implement ACA and when it inevitably failed, blame the “free market” (that has never been free in US healthcare) and give it all to the government. Trojan horse.
@AOC But we can afford subsidies for Obamacare in perpetuity? I don’t recall that as part of the “bending the cost curve” justification for ACA and it definitely wasn’t included in the CBO analysis of the legislation. The subsidies are needed bc it doesn’t work financially.
@SergioMQuintero I don’t make hires at gunpoint. I love RN and believe him staying is vital, but not paramount. First time mgr and you’re losing a pitching coach. If you think he’s got the juice make the offer. Continuity in emulating Cardinal Way culture build is key, so internal or Y. Molina.
@GavinNewsom How you coming along on the constitutionally mandated financial audits that you’re late on every yr? Has NC ever defaulted on a loan to the Fed Govt? Use one of your 1K daily tweets to explain the costs of that to your constituents on every paycheck that’s cut in this state.
@GavinNewsom If they start rigging elections, you’ll double down on rigging elections (public $ector unions already control our elections). Yes, that’s fighting for democracy alright 👍
@padrespod Keeping Niebla is very important, but unless you really think he’s the guy you don’t just promote him to mgr even if he leaves. Bochy and Black are not in the picture.
@CAgovernor Show us where in the original CBO economic analysis of Obamacare it said that subsidies would be used in perpetuity to cover up its insolvency errrr “bend the cost curve.” I’ll wait.
@RobertGarcia It doesn’t stop Trump from doing anything. You’re just trying to legitimize the same anti-democratic power moves by invoking his name. One day he’ll be gone, 50 will remain and the electorate will be more disenfranchised than it already is.
@NateSilver538 In a one party state, politicians have no reason to expect any challenges of any kind. It’s emblematic of every aspect of political life in this state. There’s a lesson here for the rest of the country if folks are paying attention. And it’s why Prop 50 should be voted down.
