Imagine needing a lifesaving drug or being an oncology patient and having to deal with this. I can only imagine how many patients have gone without their medication or have died because PBMs and Pharmacy’s play the finger pointing game
@cvspharmacy and @Optum You’re patient support is absolute trash. The fact my wife has had to spend several hours trying to quarter back for you to get a prescription transferred because optum won’t cover it at retail is complete garbage. No wonder everyone hates PBMs
So the latest is that to transfer it from CVS to Optum mail order, CVS needs a phone call for the transfer and Optum doesn’t make phone calls for prescription transfers. Can’t make this shit up, this is why our system is broken with PBMs. Imagine how many patients go through this
@UPS is either covering for a totally incompetent driver or has a dishonest driver who is trying to divert packages. But at the end of the day, UPS is making excuses for them. At this point, all I can say is that I certainly no longer trust UPS as this is the second incident
@UPS What the hell our your drivers and delivery teams doing lately!? I’ve now had a second high dollar item I shipped through you get delivered to the wrong address 45 mins from the address on the label. The first one was an item that you completely destroyed!
The saga continues….UPS now claims the package was “misplaced on route” which doesn’t make a ton of sense but best I can interpret is that it was put on the wrong truck. This still doesn’t explain how it was delivered to a location 20 miles from the address on the label
@dunkindonuts You need to seriously bring back your customer service chat and work on location training. Just placed my third order in a row today where both drinks were made wrong! Was supposed to get a credit on my account for the last instance and that never happened either!
@Apple Seriously fuck the Temu level developer that handled the latest iOS 26.4 update. Nothing but problems with Bluetooth connectivity and your own AirPod Pro 3s won’t stay connected. This will be the last Apple product I buy, period.
@Apple What the fuck did you do to iOS!? The latest 2 updates, 26.3 and 26.3.1 have turned my iPhone 17 Pro Max into a poorer performer than my previous iPhone 14 Pro Max. Also Siri AI is trash. Whoever your CPO is should be fired
@Apple why the hell can’t you release solid updates once you get an OS right? iOS 26 was actually really good on the 17 pro max until you released 26.3 and now it sucks again. Time to go back to the basics and make sure your OS isn’t buggy before a dot release!

I hope the state and federal labor bureaus look into this and those store managers are terminated as that is no way to lead. But then again, maybe that is why Walgreens is a sinking ship anyways
@Walgreens Seeing posts online that you have employees voicing they are uncomfortable attempting to come to work in states directly in the path of the upcoming winter storm. However, your store managers are pressuring them to come in. This is insane!
That kind of behavior from someone who is supposed to be a leader is unacceptable. And I’m certain it is partially because of the culture your field leadership has. I can promise you no store job is work someone risking their life.

@TMobile If you’re gonna offer your T-Satellite plan to non T-Mobile customers for a secondary sim, you need to train your CS folks how to work with those customers. Trying to transfer my secondary sim has been a frustrating nightmare.

@Apple It’s 2026 and I can’t believe have to deal with an issue like my brand new Apple Watch Ultra 3 constantly disconnecting from my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Stupid little glitches like never used to be a problem. Looks like this will be my last set of Apple products.
