John Tortorella was out of work on March 28, not sure if he’d ever get another shot behind an #NHL bench.
Less than two months later, he’s coaching in the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2004.
#ForgedInGold are 19-4-1 under Tortorella.
Incredible.
News: Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce is buying a minority stake in his hometown Cleveland Guardians, he tells ESPN.
“I have so much love for this city. … I credit every good thing in my life to Cleveland.” Story free at ESPN: https://t.co/Z8pHKGwCa5
Two guys fighting for a loose ball. One guy falls. That should rarely ever be a foul. Keep those soft calls in the regular season. It would have been a shame if last night’s awesome game ended on it.
Udonis Haslem COOKS James Harden 😳
"There is 5 guys who have been in the NBA that have went to the playoffs 17+ consecutive times. Stockton, Malone, Jason Kidd, Tony Parker, James Harden. Why the hell are you turning the ball over so much? You have been in the playoffs and know what it's like to be in the playoffs. Why the hell are you turning the ball over? It's so self inflicted wounds. One handed passes. Things that I would take my son out the game for if I was coaching him for throwing passes like that. Why are you having these kind of passes and plays in the 2nd round of the playoffs? I don't understand that"
🚨 WOW. Border Czar Tom Homan just gave the PERFECT response to Pope Leo
"I'm a lifelong Catholic. I wish they'd STAY OUT of immigration, they don't know what they're talking about."
"Because if they wore my shoes for 40 years, and talked to a 9-year-old girl that got r*ped multiple times, or stood in the back of a tractor trailer with 19 dead aliens at my feet, including a 5-year-old boy that baked to death, if they understood the atrocities that happened on the open border, I think their opinion would change!"
"And I welcome discussion with any of them, because they don't understand illegal immigration is not a victimless crime."
"Where President Trump had the most secure border in the lifetime of this nation, right now, lives are being saved. He's saving thousands of lives a year because he has a secure border!"
"Human traffickers are out of business, right? The cartels are going bankrupt because of that secure border. I wish they'd understand that."
"Because if they did, I think they'd have a different opinion."
Mic drop.

Tomorrow--March 28--is 34-year anniversary of Laettner Game. Wrote a book about it--and those two programs--in 2012. Think it still holds up. Remember bringing a bottle of expensive wine to Pitino's office before the interview. While interviewing @realgranthill33, his wife called to see if he was coming home soon. He had promised 30 minutes, gave me nearly 3 hours. The Last Great begins with Hill on the baseline, Pitino's fateful decision, and @dickieV at a restaurant. FWIW: https://t.co/kg4kiy6N6c
