@Namaraledu Instead of just doing current event assignments, I have the students present their work as if they are in a news room and are news anchors. They enjoy the research and the way they have to present the information.

@Namaraledu I make eye contact with the student. I then engage the student in conversation and ask if I can help the student . Allow the student to understand that I am willing to take the time and focus on him/her to assist them in the lesson
