Not terribly upset with them. A lot of mistrust of previous administrations both democratic and republican has been built up. The execution of this was so much better. Set the rules; enforce them; and the world will fall in line. No coalitions. Just we are on the right side of this and we are going to do what we need to do to keep America setting the world standard.
