@Harlequins Having been season ticket holders for over 20 years our whole family, which now includes young grandchildren are thinking of leaving next season. It’s not just results, late night games,late big game,cost of food and drink and no doubt another rise in seat prices. All too much!

Went to see daughter and family off back to the U.K. Larnaca BA665. Check in not good. No Q signs up til nearly 2hrs b4 take off so everyone in mixed lines. Club particularly slow. Not a T5 experience.

So… have to say duty desk @British_Airways BA holidays did us proud yesterday. Ok I was on the phone 5.30am yesterday, but ‘Ed’ got us on a flight for today & got us a hotel for the night yesterday as ours didn’t have room. So home now with a cup of tea. Thanks ‘Ed’

Utterly devastated. I can’t quite believe that I won’t get to spend time with my fellow Quins fan again. We spent some wonderful times together over the years, not least two months in NZ following the Lions tour together where we made memories I will treasure forever. RIP Russ.
