I loved this moment! A deaf man was impaired from being able to make a motion about extending ministry to deaf populations and Clint Pressley rectified that today. #SBC26

Every year silly posts go viral about how #Easter is ackchuyally based on the goddess Ishtar or the goddess Ēostre.
1. This is historically false.
2. Even if it were true (again: it isn’t), the fact that billions of Christians celebrate Easter without knowing the names of these pagan gods would be a sign of how Christ conquers false religions and cleanses his people of their iniquity, just as God promised:
“For I will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth, and they shall be remembered by name no more.” (Habakkuk 2:17)
@VW My wife gave birth in our VW Atlas this month to our baby girl. We didn’t make it to the hospital, so I delivered her. Very glad to have an Atlas cause of how much room the backseat had. And despite the mess, we were able to get it detailed and looks brand new!

Let's take a moment to reflect on these questions and consider how we can extend generosity to others, just as God has extended it to us. #JourneyOfGenerosity#Generosity#Reflections
As we navigate through life, we may encounter moments of brokenness and sin. Today, we reflect on moments where we've experienced the generous mercy of God during those times.
The Journey of Generosity asks us to consider whether we hold others to a higher standard than God holds us and if we can still give radically to those who are experiencing brokenness and sin.
Giving Tuesday is just around the corner, but you don't have to wait! Make an early impact by giving now!
Your gift of $19 can print and deliver newly translated Scripture to someone eagerly waiting to read God's Word.

In all of the ups and downs of church ministry, “the risings and fallings and shifting and changing of our own existence,” remember that Jesus is still worth our devotion, passion, and affection not only in preaching, but also in every area of life.
For a limited time, your Gospel-sharing gift will be DOUBLED to do TWICE as much!
There are places in the world where sharing the Gospel is being restricted. This means the window for translating the Bible and sharing Jesus in these areas may be closing.
