Very Blessed to still have former JROTC students take time to meet with their old LT Colonel! Kaneisha Peters and Ariel Hollins make an annual lunch date with me this time of year! So proud of them both and the young women they have become! Merry Christmas to you both!

On Saturday, Mobile County JROTC cadets toured the Armed Forces Museum on post! Thereafter we took them rappelling! Before departing for home we toured the African American Army museum in nearby Hattiesburg, Mississippi! I love my job…I love my cadets and cadre…God is Good!
This past Friday and Saturday my cadre and I escorted 23 cadets from across the district to the University of Southern Mississippi to participate in several STEM projects and hear some awesome guest speakers! This was followed by an overnight stay at Camp Shelby!
Fantastic day with our Middle School LOTC Cadets as they went on their first field trip to learn about orienteering and map reading! Even ran into this beautiful Copperhead while walking the course! Love these future leaders!
