@fivestarmichael I agree mostly with what he's saying. One thing I would push back on is ease of access to be able to actually record and distribute songs, especially in the likes of Hip Hop. You used to HAVE to go to a studio, now u have so many programs on your PC u can do it for much less.

Why not reach out and do an interview with her? She's calm, rational, smart and will give your audience an insight into the other side of the argument.

That album had the world in a choke hold. The singles, the production quality, the track list. Maybe 1-2 songs that may not be 5/5 but overall consensus at the time and since is classic. To say otherwise is rewriting history.
