@AWSlotsky @AmericanAir 2* open seats on my map then 4 people get UG’d. 1C, 2C, 2D and 3A. 1, 2, 4 and 5 on list. Not trying to play the entitlement card but a complete skip over just seems absurd.

@AWSlotsky @AmericanAir Funny thing was @ #3 on the list with 3 open seats with I stood no chance. Then the #1 goes and asks to be taken off the list as he’s flying with his wife in coach who is #5 on list. I shoulda gone to #2. Nope. They BOTH get UG’d as does 4. Unreal.
