@Ameliag1ga Thank you! We got his account back & his password changed on the trainer central. Hoping we'll be able to link it to Google or Facebook once he's 13 for a more secure login. It's frustrating that the most basic security measures could be implemented to protect users from this.
@NianticHelp You guys can't even replace the golden bottle cap that my son used on his Shiny Crowned Sword Zaican that his mom traded him so it could have perfect stats? Do you guys take cyber security seriously?
@NianticHelp@PokemonGoApp@Pokemon@NintendoAmerica my 12 year old son had someone get into his account, deleted/transfered a handful of pokemon, including one he spent money on a golden bottle cap & a year of hyper training to boost it. Can anything be done for him?
@NianticHelp I'm sorry, it was marked as favorite but the person that STOLE HIS ACCOUNT UNFAVORITED IT & DELETED/TRADED AWAY POKEMON. It was malicious activity. I even provided you guys with an example security measure you guys could implement so this doesn't happen to anyone ever again.
Was there nothing you could do when you saw his account log in on an unknown device, at a vastly different location than his previous login? Could you guys not implement a restriction on trading/deleting pokemon on new logins?
He's devastated and in game support just tells him he should have secured his account better, meanwhile we're out time and money, and we can't even just buy another golden bottle cap.
@qweenbee1963@TMobileHelp I was with @TMobileHelp for 3 years before moving to Japan and another 7 when we came back. Just cancelled and switched to @Verizon because T-Mobile wouldn't allow my family to upgrade more than 2 lines. They promised they wanted to save my business but couldnt even match Verizon
@XBOX@GearsofWar I wanna see you guys look into co-pilot for gaming again. Just because some vocal people are against it doesn't mean we aren't out here trying to Google up help when AI could find it faster if done right.
@TMobileHelp Update on this, you guys lost my business. @Verizon was able to provide my family with 4 512gb Samsung s26 Ultras, an. S10+ tablet, and lower our bill, without limiting us on device upgrades or anything else.
@TMobile stopped in Tmobile today because this sign was outside. They said they don't honor this deal and could only offer us $800 off in a trade in. If you guys can't offer me a better deal, I'm switching to @Verizon they quoted me $185/month for 4 lines with 512gb s26 ultras.
@tacobell We always get too many sauces. We asked for 1 diablo and 3 mild and received all this. This happens constantly, at every Taco Bell and it just goes to waste. Maybe you could keep your prices down if you managed your product better.
@yumbrands can we get a classic Pizza Hut in Moreno Valley, CA, or somewhere in Southern California? Some of my favorite memories growing up in the 80s were the book-it program, lunch buffets with my mom, the creamy Italian dressing on the Caesar salad, flat top arcade tables.
I'd rather see @XBOX drop @EA than drop the family plan. It really sucks having to pay for @XBOXGamePass twice, and then watch my son get robbed of quests and perks because he's under 18 so we're not even getting our money's worth.
@Debbie08185760@ATRightMovies Yeah, my wife had a "real job" serving in the military for over 20 years, and she thoroughly enjoyed Margot Robbies performance of one of her favorite characters! It made her happy and she got to relax and enjoy a movie when not working 16 hour days...
@maryarchived My son's kindergarten teacher was "a dude" and he was really amazing with all the children! Each and every one of your points is biased and sexist.
@maryarchived As a child, I played with my "My buddy" doll, I had very nurturing instincts and looked out for younger kids. As a young adult I'd constantly babysit my aunts girlfriends son andy wife and I treated him like our own kid even though we were only around 20.
@maryarchived I grew up without a father, so my biggest goal in life was to be what I never had, a good dad. It was my idea to have children with my wife when I was about 25, she was worried we may not be ready yet. I was the stay at home dad while she served in the military.
@AmazonHelp Thought I should update this to say that after contacting support, the ability to return to kohls was not restored and it looks like I'll need to buy a box to return this chair that came used, broken, and falsely advertised, putting me out time and money.
@AmazonHelp I'm disappointed, ordered a gaming chair, the delivered product was smaller than advertised. Automated customer service offered Kohls return, but I asked to speak to a human to get a replacement instead, they changed it to a UPS return.
The box from Amazon Resale arrived too damaged to be reused & I'm not sure if I could fit it back in, so customer service told me to just buy another box to ship it in. I spent my time building this wrong (and broken) chair, & now I have to take it apart and buy a box to return?
