@irishlad444 Robert Bresson’s Pickpocket & Raoul Walsh’s The Roaring Twenties r tied for me. Criterion recently put out that amazing Cagney film from 1939 and it’s one of the best new discoveries/releases of 2024. Highly recommend it if u haven’t seen it yet.
