@tittyrespecter My brother suffered from adhd his entire life and Ritalin felt like a godsend to him as an adult. He could focus more at work and his memory improved. It was conflicting with his heart meds so he had to stop taking it after a few months but it helped him immensely.

@veggie_eric Duolingo is a good base to learn phrases and words but you have to be diligent and also use other techniques. A lot of my work team are native Spanish speakers but also speak English. They told me they went to a class but also started watching American tv without subtitles.
