I'm trying to not take any sides and do think the Sidleys can be a little immature at times, and what Nancy did was evidence of that, and I hate Stephanie always has to come to Nancy's defense when she did nothing wrong, but I also understand the dynamic of sisterly love in wanting to protect your sister. I just hate it happened and I can understand how MM and Lauren would be upset in getting dragged into a scenario they had no part in creating, and I don't really appreciate being gaslit myself into giving sympathy where none was needed, and we've learned more than we probably wanted about Nancy's personal relationship, but we're all here to make sure Harry and Meghan get the justice they deserve for what they've done to the Royal Family. I just adore the Princess of Wales!! 🥰🤩

In 1981, Marianne Bachmeier fatally shot the man who killed her 7-year-old daughter during his trial. She smuggled a .22-caliber Beretta pistol in her purse and pulled the trigger in the courtroom.

The case of Marianne Bachmeier became one of the most shocking and widely discussed acts of vigilante justice in modern German history. Her daughter, Anna, had been kidnapped and murdered by a man named Klaus Grabowski, a convicted pedophile. During his trial in Lübeck, Bachmeier brought a small pistol hidden in her handbag.

On the third day of proceedings, she pulled out the weapon and fired seven shots at Grabowski, killing him instantly in front of the judge, jury, and reporters.

The courtroom erupted into chaos, and Bachmeier was immediately arrested. Her actions sparked a nationwide debate in West Germany about justice, morality, and the limits of personal vengeance. Many sympathized with her as a grieving mother who had been failed by the legal system, while others worried that her act undermined the rule of law.

At her trial, she was convicted of manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm, ultimately serving six years in prison before being released after three.

The case received so much media attention that it was later dramatized in television films, cementing Bachmeier’s story as a symbol of grief, rage, and justice outside the courtroom.
