After giving it some thought, it’s really not a bad idea as some used to, or still think it is.

Making Sonic’s biggest ambitious failure into one of his most successful with the right minds, right project direction, & a lot of playtesting could actually work.

Gonna have a video about this, but I really do think an amazing 06 Remake/Reimagining would be one of the biggest achievements for Sonic Team & honestly would even be a movement to see companies remake titles that had potential & failed, rather than remaking the 10/10 classics

I just hope they find a way to use time travel without it tied to the Chaos Emeralds; remove the romance between Sonic & Elise; keep Blaze’s backstory of being from another dimension (if they have to bring her in the game) instead of being from the future & we’re solid!

A remake of Sonic 06… sounds a little baffling to me. the game’s bad reputation’s not as big anymore, but I dunno.

If the team’s up for it, able to make it enjoyable, bring the original ambition to light & then some, AND FINALLY give Sliver time to shine, then sure I’m game.
