Suicide is the biggest killer of men my age… and that has to change.

Us blokes don’t talk enough.
We keep things in, carry it on our own, and pretend we’re alright when we’re not.

I just want to help. Simple as that.

So every single week we’re doing a walk and talk.
No pressure. No judgement. No nonsense.
Just men supporting men, getting some fresh air, having a chat, and looking out for each other.

The walk is about 90 minutes, and any man is welcome, from any background, any age.
Come on your own or bring a mate. You won’t regret it.

🕗 8am start from The Thatchers Arms pub
🚶‍♂️ Walk finishes back at the pub
🚗 Loads of parking
☕ Tea, coffee & refreshments after

And because it’s my birthday weekend, I’m bringing plenty of cake for everyone 🎂

Sometimes all you need is a walk, a bit of fresh air, and someone to talk to.
You’ll meet good people. You’ll feel better. And you won’t be on your own.
